Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR role with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: You will typically be out for 1-2 weeks at a time, based on your location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, although some 2-week periods may occur. Your schedule runs Monday through Saturday, ensuring a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: We maintain a fleet of trucks that are no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. Every truck is equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home, with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads feature 70% drop and hook operations, which reduce dock waiting time. We operate with 100% no-touch freight, focusing primarily on automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings range from $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly, depending on your hiring location, covering 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, along with a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles monthly.

Running Area: Our routes primarily cover areas east of I-35, with dedicated drivers capable of logging up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, dedicated accounts may also be available.
