About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll serve as a critical link between customers, our internal teams, and production. You’ll handle incoming inquiries, prepare accurate estimates with urgency, and ensure a seamless transition from first contact to final delivery. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing service with structure, speed with precision, and teamwork with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming sales calls, emails, and walk-ins

• Prepare and deliver estimates quickly, ideally within 24 hours

• Maintain accurate records of estimates, orders, and client communications

• Collaborate with estimating, fabrication, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations

• Update and manage customer data using QuickBooks and internal systems

• Identify opportunities to upsell, clarify project needs, or recommend appropriate materials

• Provide reliable and friendly service that exceeds customer expectations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales support, estimating, or inside sales

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and time management

• Construction, roofing, or sheet metal experience preferred

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Hours:

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Occasional Saturday shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Competitive salary based on experience
