What You'll Do:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility, including resident rooms and common areas
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, polishing, emptying trash, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• Safely handle and dispose of hazardous waste and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Maintain furniture, fixtures, and floor surfaces; complete minor repairs like unclogging toilets and changing light bulbs
• Prepare apartments for move-ins and deliver personal clothing as needed

What You'll Need:

• 1 year of experience with laundry and housekeeping (required)
• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• Ability to work well with others, being courteous and considerate when interacting with Residents, team members, and visitors
• Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
