BCTE - Risk Management Framework Subject Matter Expert (RMF SME)

Hatalom Corporation is seeking an experienced Risk Management Framework Subject Matter Expert (RMF SME) in support of the Battle Command Training Equipment (BCTE) Program in Orlando, FL. The RMF SME would be involved in all aspects of cybersecurity operations and will partner with program/site leads as well as government staff and mission partners to maintain an effective information security program. This opportunity is available contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of an integrated team to develop and maintain RMF documentation.
• Serving as an RMF SME for a system within U.S. Department of Defense (DoD)
• Providing RMF knowledge and analysis of specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of RMF implementation.
• Evaluating and recommending use of tools, guidelines, procedures, and development of project plans to offer prompt resolution options, patch management, version control and administrative systems expertise
• Supporting the update and review of the Continuous Monitoring Plan
• Developing, consulting, and implementing or facilitating the implementation of controls for the security of the system
• Identifying and managing remediation of identified security weaknesses
• Supporting determination or validation of system categorization and supporting related privacy assessment processes
• Scheduling and reviewing risk assessment scan results in and assisting or facilitating mitigation/acceptance

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Five (5) years of related experience

LOCATION: Orlando, FL (not eligible for remote/telework) - relocation assistance is not available for this position.

STATUS OF POSITION : Full-time, Salary Exempt
