Customer Support Technician
United HVAC Motors is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Customer Support Technician to join our team, providing excellent support to our clients by troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to products using various methods, such as phone and email.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and concise information and solutions to their inquiries. Adhere to the company-provided script without deviating.
- Knowledge Base Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain our knowledge base, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for efficient issue resolution.
- Escalation Management: Accurately and timely escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for further support.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest product and technology trends, seeking opportunities to improve support processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain strong knowledge of our products and services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer support or technical support role preferred. HVAC knowledge would be helpful but not required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with using Apple computer systems and software.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting preferred.
- Proficiency in google drive (docs & sheets)
- Ability to learn new technologies and products quickly.

Training 7 AM -3:30 PM Monday-Friday
Once completed, the training hours will shift to Tuesday - Saturday 7 AM-3:30 Pay Range
$21-$26 based on experience to be discussed in interview Drug Free Work Environment
