Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale solar projects from early development through full construction execution and commissioning. This role owns the project lifecycle, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of complex solar repower initiatives ranging from $50M to $1B.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience with utility-scale solar assets, understands how repower designs integrate into existing facilities, and can lead cross-functional teams through technically and financially complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage project development, including screening, diligence, permitting support, and pre-construction planning
• Own and manage project capital budgets, schedules, and execution strategies
• Transition projects into field execution with full accountability for delivery
• Direct and coordinate all project functions during execution, including Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Supply Chain, and Development
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives
• Manage contract administration, approvals, and change control orders with full financial authority
• Oversee commissioning, start-up, and operational readiness
• Analyze technical and financial data to identify risks, trends, and optimization opportunities
• Serve as the primary company representative with contractors, regulators, agencies, and local communities
• Utilize project management and reporting software to track progress and manage

Must‑Haves

• Experience managing utility‑scale solar or renewable energy projects
• Demonstrated success leading projects from development through construction execution
• Strog understanding of existing solar assets and repower project integration
• Experience managing large capital budgets and complex project schedules
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross‑functional project teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the company with external stakeholders
