Bookkeeping Admin Assistanat Location Columbia, SC (Brandon Acres - Cedar Terrace area) :

In this position, you will be responsible for restaurant-related mid-level financial tasks, as well as some administrative and accounting items. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, able to multitask, work well with a group, as well as have great communication skills. This position requires the ability to stay on task, meet deadlines and pay attention to details.

Key tasks, not limited to the following, are included below:

• Daily and End of Month Reporting
• Tracking vendor payouts
• Reconciling various accounts
• Entering third party financial information and weekly rewards
• Responsible for invoicing and receiving catering payment
• Processing accounts in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Verify and investigate discrepancies and report any discrepancies to Office Manager
• Maintaining excellent vendor relations
• Reports to Office Manager on a weekly basis

Requirements and/or Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• QuickBooks (online version)-preferred
• Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word and Excel

Education:

High School Diploma

Associates in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
