The Gainey Agency is looking for motivated individuals to join our fully remote insurance sales team . No previous insurance experience is required — we provide training, support, and resources to help you get started.
What You'll Do
Connect with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs
Educate clients on available insurance options
Help clients choose coverage that fits their needs
Follow up with prospective and existing clients
Build and grow your own client base
Participate in ongoing training and team development

Sales experience is helpful, but not required
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Must be willing to obtain the appropriate insurance license(s)
Compensation
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity . Income is based on production, and results can vary depending on individual effort, sales, and experience.
