Shipping & Receiving Associate – HVAC Parts
Pay: $18–$19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Ft Myers, FL

We are a growing company specializing in small parts for HVAC units, including switches, circuit boards, wiring, and other electrical components. We pride ourselves on accuracy, quality, and fast order fulfillment to keep our customers’ operations running smoothly.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse skills and experience handling small, sensitive parts. This role is responsible for ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate, properly handled, and meet company standards.

Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of HVAC parts (switches, boards, wiring, etc.)

· Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

· Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse

· Operate shipping systems (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) to create labels and track shipments

· Ensure all parts are handled carefully to avoid damage

· Assist with cycle counts and inventory control

· Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse operations

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Comfortable working with small electrical parts and packaging materials

· Basic computer skills (inventory systems and shipping software experience a plus)

· Reliable and punctual with a positive team-oriented attitude
