Marketing Manager - Still Waters Day and Medical Spa

Key Responsibilities

Campaigns & Content

• Plan and execute monthly promotions, marketing campaigns, and events.

• Manage content creation for social media, email marketing, SMS, and in-office materials .

• Ensure all creative assets align with brand standards.

• Support providers with personal branding (photos, social media guidance, etc.).

Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Coordinate paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms .

• Monitor performance, track ROI, and optimize campaigns for conversions.

• Maintain and update website content, including specials, events, and service pages.

Operations & Reporting

• Manage the local marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met.

• Track and report KPIs such as new patient counts, campaign performance, and referral sources.

• Partner with the front desk team to promote specials, events, and memberships.

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and GVO leadership on growth strategies.

Community & Events

• Plan, promote, and execute practice events (open houses, grand openings, patient appreciation days, vendor collaborations).

• Build and manage influencer, referral, and local partnership programs .

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing ( healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industry preferred ).

• Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and event planning .

• Proficiency with social media platforms, email platforms (MailChimp, GoHighLevel), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus) .

• Experience with CRM/marketing software (GoHighLevel, 4DEMR, Monday.com, or similar).

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
