Apartment Assistant Manager

Charleston Wesley Chapel, in Wesley Chapel, FL is looking for a strong, HIGHLY EXPERIENCED and MOTIVATED Assistant Community Director for this 228 unit property; CharlestonWesleyChapel.com. If you have Entrata experience, this will put you at the top of the interview list!

As the Assistant Manager you will maintain the property as directed by the Community Director and assist with personnel, management and maintenance of office administration.

Responsibilities:

· Establish relationships with prospective residents, current residents and staff members

• Maintain positive relations with other staff members, suppliers, vendors, residents and professionals who service the site /company
• Maintain a working knowledge of personnel, accounting, administrative, leasing, purchasing and maintenance procedures to assist the Community Manager where required
• Assist in rental collection and in the service of legal notices
• Perform apartment inspection move-ins and move-outs as scheduled by the Community Manager in their absence
• Show and arrange to lease vacant units to prospective residents
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing program
• Assist in lease renewal process
• Must be comfortable with Excel and a quick learner on weekly/monthly reporting requirements.
• Must be available for weekend office hours on a rotating schedule

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess 2 years related experience in property management coupled with excellent communication and marketing skills.

Education:

A High School Diploma is required and an Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred however not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
