Office Manager/Executive Assistant - Luxury Home Builder in PBG
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Screen communications and act as liaison between executives, clients, architects, and vendors
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate travel and special projects
- Oversee daily office operations
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Manage vendor relationships and office supplies
- Support HR functions including onboarding coordination
- Assist with contract preparation and document management
- Track project timelines and follow up on deliverables
- Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants
- Support accounting with invoice tracking and expense reporting
