General Maintenance Technician

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL is currently seeking General Maintenance Technicians to assist with our club functions. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in a luxury hotel or country club environment. Selected candidates will support daily maintenance & banquet set-up operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Responsibilities relating to painting, general maintenance, repair & upkeep of buildings. This may include plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical and minor repairs
Set-up of tables, chairs, dance floors and other necessary pieces for banquet functions.
Responsible for maintaining organization of banquet storage areas.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS :

Two (2) to three (3) years of work experience directly related to maintenance activities.
Demonstrated proficiency in hand and power tools
Must be detail orientated and have excellent communication and verbal skills
