Required Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  
• Minimum of 1 year in manufacturing experience.
• Computer knowledge, Microsoft Word, Excel is required.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Team player.
• Organized / Self-starter/ Able to multitask.
• Adaptable to change.
• Results oriented.
• Work with limited supervision.
• Demonstrate ability to work in and through teams, with all levels of the workforce.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinates/schedules all outbound truckload shipments with carriers
• Create load lists for loaders
• Use TMS system to build loads
• Audit loads
• Perform 5S duties
• Provide/File pre-shift check lists
• File all shipping paperwork (BOL, pack slips and audit sheets)
• Communicates schedules/changes with Supervisor, Truck Loaders and Material Handlers
• Process shipments for extrusion & remelt
• Cross train on receiving duties
• Other duties as assigned
