Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage subcontractors per the project schedule.

Maintain construction schedule and provide 3 week look ahead weekly.

Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors. Hold safety meetings frequently and maintain proper job site safety.

Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.

Read all specifications, drawings, and construction contracts. Review scope of work of sub-contractors.

Obtain and understand all required inspections and Certificates of Occupancy / Completion.

Qualifications:

Previous 5 years experience in commercial construction.

Experience with sitework and Building Foundations.

Steel Structure, Tilt-Wall Experience a plus.

Computer Proficiency using Project Management Software and Microsoft suite.
