We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! Please call our regional manager, Cal with inquiries. his phone number is 352-406-3594. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. We are looking for somebody with plumbing electrical experience and has also been able to take care of grounds work around the community. Also needs to be able to use equipment such as weedeater, chainsaws edgers. Also, Saturdays could be required as there would be a day off during the week to make that work.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
