Front Desk Resident Assistant

Beautiful condominium on the Intracoastal in Lantana has an opening for an on-site Office Assistant to round out the Administrative Support team. As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, greeting everyone with a friendly, professional demeanor is essential to providing a welcoming and helpful experience. The right person will need to quickly accommodate the residents in this fast-paced environment. Among other things, this person is responsible for collecting and reviewing the Architectural Review approval process, generating key fobs, and maintaining residential information in Excel format.

Providing excellent administrative support to our client is the utmost responsibility of this position. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for homeowners and residents, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
• Review Architectural request for compliance with Association regulations.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective homeowners, renters, and occupants regarding association policies and procedures.
• Support the Manager and team members with administrative tasks as needed.
• Collect, organize, and file board approvals and property transfers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft software, especially Excel.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with an emphasis on de-escalation and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills, with strong attention to detail and grammar.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a condominium or community association setting is necessary.
