* Maintain precise and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
* Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.

* Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, patient demeanour.
* Proficiency in using standard office software and CRM systems.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
