The role you'll contribute:

This position is responsible for bookkeeping duties necessary to gather, organize, record and report accounting and related information in the Corporate Accounting office. Communicates consistently in a positive and professional manner, giving accurate information to all external as well as internal customers. Oral and written communications require sensitivity, good judgment and a caring attitude be displayed in every situation.

The value that you bring to the team:

Performs bookkeeping duties according to company policies and procedures which may include:

• Balancing of general ledger

• Back office processing

• General accounting duties, such as providing accounting information for financial reports

• Maintain records of business transactions, e.g. accounts payable

Assist with payroll records

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

• High School diploma

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel

• Excellent customer service skills, inter-personal skills, communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to follow up

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
