Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in a public accounting setting required. 2-7 years experience preferred. Bachelors degree (or Masters) in accounting with significant progress towards completing CPA exam (certain accounting courses taken to be eligible to sit for CPA exam). Non-profit or Government tax experience highly desired . CPA license in Florida, or willingness to transfer to a Florida license. . Demonstrable, noteworthy accounting & auditing knowledge. Multi-industry experience a plus (construction, manufacturing, small business, etc) PPC Smart and CCH ProSystem FX experience a plus. Work from home 2 days/week, in office 3/days. ~$5k-$6k in overtime each year. 7% bonus (paid 2x/year, in June and December). Know the value of teamwork and building relationships.
