Board Certified Family Medicine Physician

Caya Integrated Health is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our team. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for patients across the lifespan. The physician will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including behavioral health professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
This position is ideal for a physician who values integrated healthcare, compassionate patient relationships, and community-focused medicine. Compensation: Range 220k-230k Annual Salary
Benefits: Medical, 401K Match, Supplementals, Group Whole Life. PTO, Paid Holidays. Spanish-speaking physicians are strongly preferred to support our diverse patient population.
Must hold or be eligible for an unrestricted Florida Medical License. Visa sponsorship is not available. Key Responsibilities
- • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including medical history and physical examinations.
- • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
- • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- • Provide preventive care, health screenings, and patient education.
- • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with accepted medical standards.
- • Order and interpret diagnostic tests including laboratory work and imaging studies.
- • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- • Coordinate care with behavioral health providers and other members of the healthcare team.
- • Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress.
- • Ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations and professional standards.
- • Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives when appropriate.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- • Active and unrestricted Florida Medical License issued by the Florida Board of Medicine.
- • Active DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances.
- • Successful completion of primary source verification of medical education, residency training, and board certification.
- • Ability to pass background screening and credentialing requirements.
- • Credentialing approval through insurance carriers and healthcare payors if required.
The physician must comply with all applicable healthcare laws and regulations including but not limited to:
- • HIPAA privacy and security regulations
- • Medicare and Medicaid billing requirements
- • Florida Board of Medicine regulations
- • Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute compliance
- • Organizational policies and professional standards of care

- • Perform repetitive hand movements related to medical documentation and examinations
