Position Overview

We have an opening for a Sr. Medical Director to be based in our Hollywood, Florida office. The Sr. Medical Director will be responsible for the overall clinical management of our organization. This position will:

1. Ensure proper clinical standards and protocols are followed
2. Develop improved communication and workflow between clinicians and office staff
3. Assist in developing an improved platform for the Care Management Team with data capture
4. Develop a more streamlined and comprehensive education program at all levels with improved reporting
5. Assist with Business Development in strategic opportunities
6. Develop an Associate Medical Director engagement outreach program
7. Monitor clinical data and outcomes
8. Assist with analytic dashboard development
9. Review clinical onboarding procedures, education, and training
10. Manage and continually improve clinical rounds with the plans and groups
11. Other duties and projects as assigned by the company

Qualifications & Benefits
