Florida based Loan Processor -Remote 

Are you a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor with experience working for a mortgage broker looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative professional to join our client’s dynamic team. As a licensed mortgage lender specializing in a variety of loan products, including Conventional, VA, Jumbo, Non-QM, FHA, Commercial, Private Money, and Hard Money loans, we value precision, efficiency, and excellent client service. What You’ll Do:

• Manage all aspects of the loan process from submission to processing through to clear to close.
• Handle investor registration, underwriting submission, and disclosure ordering with accuracy.
• Maintain high levels of communication with clients, realtors, and title companies to ensure smooth transactions.
• Utilize Lending Pad and Salesforce software to track and manage loan pipelines efficiently.
• Process approximately 10-12 closings per month while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of conventional, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM loan processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Lending Pad and Salesforce preferred.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or higher; a background in finance, banking, or related fields is advantageous.
• Ideally, 4+ years of mortgage processing experience, especially within a Mortgage Brokerage environment.

Other Requirements:

• Must be licensed in Florida.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
• Company supplies laptops to support remote operations.
