Bookkeeper and Operations Coordinator Location Coral Springs, FL :

NMR has been aligned with IICRC Standards and has been a fully licensed General Contractor in South Florida and Georgia for over ten years. We focus on a full scope of services, including emergency water mitigation, fire loss, mold remediation, and the complete rebuild of any affected property.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Bookkeeper and Operations Coordinator with experience in mitigation and construction to work at our 30-person South Florida location. This role is a unique blend of bookkeeping and office responsibilities, requiring a candidate adept at working with financial records while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities :

· Bookkeeping : Under the guidance of our finance team, assist with certain aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

· Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

· Compliance : Assist the General Manager with compliance matters.

· Project Coordination : Assist with planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are adhered to. Assist with DASH (industry-related software) when needed.

· Human Resources Support : Under the guidance of our corporate HR Manager, assist with HR functions at the branch level as needed.

· Recommend and enforce processes and procedures, including improvements and enhancements.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

· Experience in the construction or mitigation industry required.

· Proven experience in bookkeeping and office operations.

· QuickBooks experience is a plus.

· DASH experience a plus.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· Bachelor's degree a plus.
