Global Accounts Payable: Orlando On-Site:
Summary:
Global AP is an immerging shared services department located in our downtown Orlando Office. We are looking for candidates able to work in a developing collaborative environment.
Essential Functions:
- Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
- Practices critical review of financial documents for completeness and accuracy
- Review and process expense reports in online system
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred experience:
- Emburse/Chrome River or similar management solution software
- Oracle NetSuite or other ERP software
- Intermediate Excel and Outlook
Requires Skills:
- Positive attitude and excited to be part of a developing team
- Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
