We are looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst to join our team at our downtown Orlando office. This role identifies strategic brand and consumer issues to guide strategy/product development and analyzes how consumers and businesses bank, how they use technology, and what their perspectives are to shape growth and marketing and credit union strategies. Compensation starts at $66,000/year.

What will I be doing in this role?

• Collect, organize, and analyze marketing data from various sources such as campaigns, member behavior, demographics, channels, and market trends.
• Perform extensive market research to identify new opportunities, helping the credit union to achieve growth in market share and increase share of wallet of existing members.
• Gather competitor offers and reports on these relative to the credit union's offerings.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards through PowerBI and Salesforce Datorama to communicate marketing performance metrics and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
• Evaluates demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets and makes appropriate recommendations for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Manages, maintains, and updates the MCIF and CRM systems which is utilized for, but not limited to: identifying and creating targeted member campaigns, analyzing trends, developing and enhancing effective cross-sell database matrices, providing business unit reports, measuring the ROI of campaigns, and more.
• Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast marketing outcomes and guide strategic decision-making.

What experience do I need for the role?

• 3-4 years marketing analyst experience
  • Financial product experience a plus!
• Proficient in the use of marketing databases and CRM systems.
• SQL knowledge through usage of SSRS and SSMS.
• Implementation of both qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies, brand, and consumer strategy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with presenting findings and recommendations to members of leadership.
