Major Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Cash Application Specialist III provides support for all Accounts Receivable processes. Organizes and distributes workflow to insure timely and accurate posting to customer accounts. Confidential information must be handled responsibly.

A day in the life of a Cash Application Specialist III can look like:

• Prepare Daily Cash Report and reconcile to AR posting.
• Support the maintenance of Lockbox, ACH, and Credit Card payments.
• Operate and understand Accounts Receivable computer system.
• Analyze and resolve problems with customer accounts, communicate resolution to customer service to relay to customer.
• Assist with overall department tasks and workflow.
• Research and resolve issues from field representatives.
• Provide support to the Supervisor and perform necessary tasks as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned including special projects.
• Provide support to the Cash Team Lead when needed.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

We're looking for someone with results they are proud of, like:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Some college credits; degree preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required
• Technical aptitude, problem solving skills

Pay and Benefits Disclosure: The pay range for this role is $16.66 - $27.76 an hour, and is based on experience and qualifications. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 7 paid holidays.
