Senior Fullstack Product Manager

Staff4Me is seeking a Senior Fullstack Product Manager to drive our product vision and strategy across our fullstack development initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product objectives while leveraging your technical knowledge to inform decision-making and prioritization. We're looking for a strategic thinker with a knack for translating complex requirements into actionable tasks that lead to innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Planning:

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our fullstack development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify areas of opportunity and innovation.
• Prioritize product features and create a product roadmap that reflects user needs and business priorities.

• Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Facilitate communication between teams, providing clarity on requirements, scope, and project timelines.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to track progress, manage risks, and align on priorities.

• Project Management:

• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely and quality delivery of product features.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables effectively.
• Monitor and analyze product performance and user engagement, using insights to inform future development.

• User Experience and Testing:

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric approaches are taken in product development.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on product design and functionality.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing updates on product performance and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure all parties are informed and engaged throughout the product development process.

Qualifications:

• Strong Fullstack engineering capabilities with expertise in React, TypeScript and backend API development
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a tech or fullstack development environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, Agile methodologies, and fullstack technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing products from inception to launch.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and analytics platforms.
• Experience with user-centered design principles and conducting usability testing.
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to stay current on industry trends.
