Morgan & Morgan P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our Tallahassee OR Panama City FL is an opportunity to learn Personal Injury at the premier Plaintiff PI firm in the country. Our Pre-Suit Attorneys make mission critical decisions for the firm and play a significant role in our success. Work alongside world-class lawyers that are looking to mentor and advise Attorneys who are new to the field.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
• Manage the release approval process
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Focus on Personal injury cases primarily automotive
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
• EUOs PIP Statements recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
• 1 years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
