Responsibilities:

Gather, verify, and input mortgage loan application information into the Arive LOS system.
Review residential loan applications to ensure completeness and that they meet necessary standards, including asset and liability verification and employment history.
Meet with clients to obtain necessary loan application information and answer any questions about the loan process.
Develop expertise in single-family and multifamily investment properties.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with builders, offering tailored lending solutions.
Exhibit persistence, energy, passion, and results-driven behavior to ensure success in a competitive environment.

What We're Looking For:

No NMLS required in most states, though you must be licensed to originate loans in specific states (Arizona, California, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Vermont).
At least two years of recent experience as a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer in the banking industry.
Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
The ability to maintain productivity and adaptability while working with clients and navigating changing demands.
A strong ability to source your own leads and build lasting relationships with clients, investors, and real estate professionals.
