They are seeking reliable, clean-cut, and experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians to join their team. Potential candidates must be capable of quickly and accurately diagnosing and repairing a variety of HVAC systems. This is a high-volume role requiring flexibility, strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to our team environment. Only those with prior residential HVAC experience will be considered.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Accurately and quickly diagnose system failures and correctly perform repairs on residential HVAC systems.

• Be responsive and productive in a team environment, focusing on efficient and high-quality service delivery.

• Apply great customer service skills to build rapport, communicate solutions clearly, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Daily coordination and cooperation with management, dispatch, and customer service teams to maintain smooth operations.

• Must have a strong work ethic, be self-organized, and understand service call priorities in a high-volume environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of prior residential HVAC field experience is required (non-negotiable).

• Must have a strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to repair them correctly.

• Must be willing and able to participate in the required on-call rotation (weekday once per week, and a weekend rotation between every 6 weeks).

• Ability to work a standard M–F schedule with staggered start times between 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, pending consistent hours.

• Must be able to lift 55 lbs. plus when required.

• Must have a clean driver's license. This is a drug-free environment, and successful applicants must be able to pass a drug screening.

• Must be reliable and a clean-cut professional who takes pride in your work.

What Can We Do for You?

• Earning Potential (OTE): Expected total annual earnings range from $70,000 to $90,000 (Paid Weekly).

• Compensation Structure: Top hourly wages plus a 24% production bonus of total sales (not deducting parts).
