Mechanical Construction Manager
We are a large growing MEP construction company in Florida that works on many of Florida’s biggest and best commercial MEP projects. This is a full-time position with great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. We are planning to hire Florida ’s best and brightest Mechanical Lead Manager’s in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve issues.
- Assist the Senior Lead BIM Coordinator. And manage and monitor personnel.
- Increase office sales and profitability
- Coordinate, build, and maintain relationships with: Owners, Design Consultants, Architects, Engineers, Vendors, and Sub contractors to insure work is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable work history.
- 5+ years of experience in MEP Sr. Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge in marketing, communication, financial operations, and employee relations.
