Position Overview: As a Home Watch Inspector, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients' homes by conducting meticulous inspections and overseeing maintenance during their absence. Your attention to detail and dedication will be essential in maintaining the integrity of these properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of assigned properties as per established schedules.
• Perform thorough checks of security systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other vital home systems.
• Report any signs of damage, maintenance issues, or irregularities promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors and service providers as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation of inspections, findings, and actions taken.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a detail-oriented customer service-oriented role is preferred.
• Proficiency in technology and software for reporting and documentation.
• Strong observational skills with acute attention to detail.
• Clear and effective communication abilities.
