Job Description
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of key business solutions like ERP and CRM. This is a high-visibility role responsible for ensuring that the business solution delivery aligns with strategic business goals while being delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, driving collaboration and execution across global functions. Reporting directly to the PMO Manager, this role requires a blend of project leadership, technical understanding, and business insight.

Salary:
The annual salary for this position ranges from $134,500 - $150,000 + 10% Bonus Target and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting annual salary within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience,

- Lead the full project management implementation lifecycles: planning, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and act as the primary contact for vendors.
- Define and monitor project scope, goals, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Drive data migration, system integration, and customizations to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training programs, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Identify, track, and resolve RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items.
- Provide regular leadership updates on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards and IT governance policies.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other PM certifications preferred.
- ITIL, IIBA BABOK, or Microsoft certifications (O365, Power BI, D365 ERP/CE) are a plus.
Experience:
- 6+ years in IT with 4+ years implementing business systems (ERP/CRM).
- 3+ full-cycle ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations processes.
- Experience in a global multi-site manufacturing company is a plus
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
