Chipton-Ross is seeking a Harness Board Assembler for a contract opportunity in Orlando, FL.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- The role requires at least two years of harness-board experience, strong proficiency with crimping tools, and the ability to perform continuity and insulation testing, soldering, and torque verification; space-addendum experience is also preferred. Harness-board assembly experience must be clearly listed and demonstrated in work experience.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The assembler will sit or stand at the harness board for up to 10 hours per shift, must be able to lift up to 30 lb, work safely in a production environment, and consistently achieve high first-pass yield, accurate wire-cut tolerance, and on-time delivery while supporting continuous-improvement and prototype work.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Accredited HSD/GED
WORK HOURS:
- Full-Time
- 4/10 work schedule
- 1st Shift
