Electrical Service Manager
Pompano, FL

Wesworth Electric , a well-established electrical contractor, is seeking a qualified Service Manager to lead our service operations. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming service calls and oversee scheduling and dispatching for the service team.


• Provide daily job status reports and coordinate with technicians to ensure job completion.


• Conduct site visits to supervise technician performance and maintain quality control.


• Process billing reports for accounts payable and assist in securing timely payments.


• Supervise material procurement for service jobs and proposals, working closely with the purchasing department.


• Foster and sustain client relationships, promoting future business growth.

Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $69,680 per year.


• Performance-based bonuses, including a 2% commission on key accounts and any new accounts brought into the company.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in electrical service or supervisory management.


• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.


• In-depth knowledge of the N.E.C. and local electrical codes.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interface effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.


• Clean driving and civil records.


• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues efficiently.


• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Schedule:

• Full-time; Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
