Supervising Dermatologist - REMOTE

Location: Remote (Florida license required)
Service Area: Orlando, FL

We are seeking a Supervising Physician (MD or DO) — Dermatologist or MOHS Surgeon — to provide clinical oversight for a growing team of advanced practice providers within an established dermatology group based in Orlando, Florida.

This is not a traditional clinical role. There is no set schedule and no routine patient-facing clinic hours (unless you would like to add a day or two each week). The position is ideal for a physician looking for a flexible, leadership-focused opportunity supporting high-quality dermatologic care.

The Role at a Glance

• Remote supervision of 8 APPs (NPs/PAs)
• Chart review: ~10 charts per provider per month
• On-call availability for clinical support and case consultation
• Periodic site visits for compliance and quality assurance
• No fixed schedule

Compensation

• Up to $2,500 per day OR $200 per hour , depending on structure and engagement
• Competitive supervisory compensation structure
• Details discussed directly with qualified candidates

Responsibilities

• Provide physician supervision in accordance with Florida regulations
• Review and co-sign charts as required
• Serve as a consultative resource for complex dermatologic cases
• Support APP development, clinical quality, and best practices
• Participate in periodic site visits
• Maintain compliance with all supervisory and documentation requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Board-certified Dermatologist or Mohs Surgeon (MD or DO)
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license
• Dermatology experience required
• Comfortable supervising and collaborating with APPs
• Reliable, accessible, and team-oriented approach
• MUST LIVE LOCALLY
