Construction Project Manager (HVAC/Multifamily)
Title: Construction Project Manager
Location: Project is based in Orange Beach, Alabama (on the Gulf). The candidate would need to be there on site approximately 3 days per week for the first several months while getting it off the ground, then it can shift to on site alternate weeks.
Compensation: $120,000 DOE
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with a strong background in HVAC and multifamily projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to drive project success. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee HVAC construction projects within the multifamily sector.
 - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to OSHA regulations.
 - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
 - Review and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and manage change orders efficiently.
 - Ensure the implementation of high-end construction standards and quality control measures.
 - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
 - Utilize VR technology for project visualization and communication with stakeholders.
 - Lead project meetings to provide updates and address any project-related concerns.
 - Collaborate with the project team to develop and execute project schedules and milestones.
 
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in HVAC and multifamily construction.
 - Strong knowledge of VRV systems and high-end construction practices.
 - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
 - Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
 - OSHA certification is preferred.
 - PMP certification is a plus.
