Guidewire BA II/III - Policy Center, Billing Center, Claims Center POST NUMBER: 261037

Seeking experienced Guidewire Business Analysts to support enterprise initiatives across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter . This role will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and operations to deliver enhancements, integrations, production support, and strategic projects within a Guidewire environment. Responsibilities Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Create user stories, process flows, use cases, wireframes, and functional specifications. Analyze impacts to systems, integrations, and business processes. Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, and business teams throughout the SDLC. Support production environments by troubleshooting and resolving issues. Lead requirements discussions and stakeholder meetings. Coordinate testing, UAT, and deployment activities. Work within Agile teams using tools such as Jira and Rally. Support Guidewire integrations and digital platform initiatives. Required Qualifications 10 years of Guidewire experience. 7 years of experience in the specific Guidewire Center being supported (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter). 3 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience. Strong knowledge of Guidewire functionality, workflows, integrations, and production support. Experience working within Agile environments. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Jira, Rally, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications Guidewire Digital Portals experience. Third-party integration experience. Background in Guidewire Development, QA, or Technical Leadership. Experience with homeowners, commercial property, or related insurance products. Guidewire certifications (Associate, Professional, or ACE). CBAP, IIBA, CSM, or CSPO certifications. Additional Requirements Must be authorized to work in the U.S. No current or future sponsorship requirements. Must be able to work in a hybrid environment and be onsite within 60 days of offer acceptance.
