Pay: From $10.98 per hour and up.
Schedule: Part time days Monday to Friday, Weekends.

The Golf Club of Amelia Island is currently looking to grow our team!

Description:
Servers are responsible for creating a positive guest experience by assuring that all members and guests are served in a prompt, efficient, and pleasant manner. Recognizing and calling members by name. Assisting in all outlets of the Food and Beverage Operation as needed, including a la carte, beach club, and banquets. Ideal candidates are hospitality professionals who possess a strong work ethic and a friendly, outgoing demeanor. Hours range from 10-25 per week.

All Servers are responsible for the following job duties:

• Greet all guests and members warmly with an appropriate greeting.
• Prepares tables, lays out napkins and utensils, makes sure condiments are filled, performing all other preparation tasks.
• Keeping updated on the current menu, beverage, and member event offerings.
• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, up-selling, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling beverages.
• Properly open and pour wine tableside.
• Keep tables, dining rooms, and bus stations clean and organized.
• Set up, break down, and service special events.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
• Understand and communicate products and services available at the club.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs or more alone or with a team member.

• High school Diploma or equivalent (Required).
