You’ll step into a hospital-based CVICU role focused on close monitoring, frequent assessments, and managing complex cardiovascular patients. This is a 12-bed unit with 1:1 and 1:2 ratios, allowing you to deliver focused, high-level care with real clinical autonomy.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base pay: $33.77 to $49.06 per hour based on experience
• Shift differential: $4.50 for nights and $1.50 for weekends
• $20,000 sign-on bonus for nights
