Retail and Dog Grooming Store Manager
Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming North Palm Beach is looking for a Retail and Grooming Store Manager to join our team. The Retail Store Manager will oversee a retail and grooming location and its staff to achieve profitable sales.
The ideal candidate will be sales and team-oriented, display strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism at all times. The Retail and Grooming Store Manager is a skilled multi-tasker and demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees, is proficient with POS systems, possesses exceptional phone skills, exemplifies efficiency in grooming schedule and has a deep knowledge and understanding of dogs and their behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Sales services – Manage all store sales both retail and grooming. Report daily sales and record inventory for all purchases and sales. Perform inventory counts as needed and create new, cost-effective displays and strategies.
- Customer Service – Respond to customer issues and resolve their needs as they arise. Maintain a clean store environment safe from all hazards.
- Supervise – Lead the retail and groooming staff and hiring for all vacant positions. Organize special store functions and events. Manage and motivate both the sales and grooming team with effective communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration preferred OR recent related experience witha high school diploma.
- Ability to stay calm, patient and professional at all times.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staff.
- Excellent customer service skills.
$42,000 annual salary plus monthly sales bonus incentives
