Apartment Maintenance Technician

Are you ready to make a difference in an apartment community? We are seeking an enthusiastic Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team for an immediate opening!
What You'll Do:
- Tackle maintenance service requests with a can-do attitude.
- Get market-ready units prepared by removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs).
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliances.
- Install locks and create keys for secure access.
- Replace light bulbs in common areas and ensure they shine bright!
- Keep our community clean by removing trash from office areas and around the property daily.
- Assist in the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and common areas.
