Landscape Maintenance Production Manager

Yard-Nique, Inc. is a leading provider of landscape maintenance services, committed to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Production Manager (PM) to join our team. This hands-on role focuses on managing a maintenance portfolio in line with our high standards and contract protocols. The PM will work closely with the Account Manager to ensure all services are performed to the highest quality, while also fostering teamwork and collaboration within the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance contracts and execute production schedules to meet or exceed contract expectations.
• Supervise and train maintenance Crew Leaders and crews on all aspects of landscape maintenance services.
• Conduct property evaluations and client meetings to assess needs and satisfaction; troubleshoot problems as necessary.
• Manage monthly budget, reporting, and account billing according to established procedures.
• Maintain inventory of materials and equipment for assigned crews; report needs to Branch Manager and provide accurate monthly reports.
• Adhere to Maintenance Division facilities opening and closing procedures.
• Provide leadership to landscape maintenance crews of 3-5 employees, ensuring efficient use of labor and resources.
• Oversee and direct work of Crew Leaders to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Ensure accurate recording of employee time worked prior to daily approval.
• Establish and maintain safety and security at job sites for all employees and customers.
• Administer performance management tasks, including annual reviews, ongoing feedback, coaching, and discipline as needed.
• Collaborate with peers and senior leadership on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience.
• Experience in coaching and managing employees responsible for landscaping duties or related industry labor.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with clients.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Adaptability and sound judgment when faced with multiple, competing priorities.
• Ability to resolve problems with a strong sense of urgency and collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance operations.
• Strong customer service skills.

Work Environment

This position is routinely exposed to an outdoor environment and will be subjected to weather, extreme, or hazardous conditions.

Physical Demands

This position handles hand tools, power equipment, and requires the use of hands to complete necessary tasks.

Travel

Daily travel between properties is expected. Out-of-town travel is expected no more than 5% of the time, primarily for required training or meetings.
