Admissions and Intake Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Admissions Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments and obtaining consent for medical procedures. As a primary point of contact, you will ensure patients have a smooth and positive experience.Key Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments in the eMedical Portal.
Obtain and document patient consent for medical procedures.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Work Environment
Office-based position with regular computer and phone use.
Requires sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time (40+ hours per week)
Monday–Friday schedule
