Position Details

• Role: Remote Medical Customer Care Specialist (full‐time)
• Compensation: $16 per hour (weekly pay) plus comprehensive benefits
• Training: Paid training provided
• Equipment: Company‐provided equipment shipped directly to you
• Start Date: NOV 2025
• Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8 AM–10 PM Eastern (flexibility to work any 8‐hour shift, including Saturdays)

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of inbound calls, with occasional outbound calls as needed
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding patient applications and healthcare coverage
• Document all interactions in multiple internal systems while following established scripts and procedures
• Offer empathetic and professional assistance, ensuring each caller has a positive experience
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure callers receive appropriate follow‐up and next steps

What You Bring

• Experience: At least 1 year of recent customer service in a call center environment is required
• Technology: Ability to multi‐task with dual monitors and navigate multiple applications
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, problem‐solving, and attention to detail
• Environment: Quiet home office with high‐speed internet and modem required
• Education: High school diploma or GED (healthcare experience is a plus, but not required)
