Warehouse Lead

Are you a floor-ready leader with a knack for technical precision? We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to serve as the backbone of our daily operations. This isn't just a "sit-back-and-delegate" role; you’ll be the bridge between high-level inventory data and hands-on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Direct Workflow: Lead the charge for receiving, storage, and shipping departments to ensure all daily volume targets are smashed.

• Team Coordination: Assign tasks effectively to keep the floor moving and ensure no pallet is left behind.

Technical Inventory Management

• System Expert: Utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook) to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.

• Data & Documentation: Generate shipping labels, track stock movements, and compile daily KPI reports for management.

Quality Control & Safety

• Standards Bearer: Perform rigorous quality checks to ensure every outgoing shipment matches customer specifications and company standards.

• Safety First (5S): Champion a clean, organized work environment using 5S principles .

• Equipment Care: Ensure all forklifts and pallet jacks are operated safely and maintained according to protocol.
