• Salary range: $85,000 – $100,000 , based on experience and qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join a collaborative technology team in a hybrid role based in Venice, Florida . Occasional onsite presence is required to support collaboration and team initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using React and modern JavaScript technologies
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver intuitive, high‑quality user interfaces
• Ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible, accessible, and performant
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to high engineering standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
• Strong hands‑on experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Backend development experience using Node.js, Express , or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
