We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and brings creative solutions to projects’ unique challenges. Join our collaborative Project team in the Central Florida area managing some of the most unique projects in the state.

As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for the management and administration of design, construction, and delivery of construction and renovations projects, ensuring the progress and technical performance of projects, contract management, project scope, schedule, and budget. You’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives.  This will include development of scope and bid documents, review and evaluation of contract deliverables, approval of invoices, change orders, and other contract documents. You'll manage and provide construction oversight, manage Right-of-Way and permit processes, and resolve complex construction project related issues, and form long-term relationships with clients.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture

• At least 5+ years of experience in construction project management

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, display leadership and resolve critical issues pertinent to the project and client

• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology

• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations and facilitate meetings.

• Knowledge of transportation engineering, stormwater management, and review of traffic studies.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have: 

• Prior experience with local municipalities (preferred but not required)

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP) Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification

Posted Salary Range: Upper

The base salary range for this position is $124,000.00 to $158,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
