Additionally, as part of our commitment to providing exceptional service, technicians will be part of an on-call rotation to address urgent client needs outside of regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform service, maintenance, and installations of air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system malfunctions promptly and accurately.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
• Install new HVAC systems accurately and efficiently.
• Safely perform all tasks in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Wire low voltage and high voltage lines to HVAC systems.
• Install copper refrigerant lines, including soldering and brazing.
• Install duct systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned company vehicle.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree or trade school certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and installations.
• Proficiency in wiring low voltage and high voltage lines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid and clean driver's license.

• HVAC Install: 1 year (Preferred)
• Service Titan: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Port Saint Lucie, Main Office, Service Area through West Palm Beach
